Team up with Courtsports to help your local community sport programs
Each year Courtsports works with hundreds of schools and colleges. Without donations, fund raisers, and special assistance programs many gymnasium floor projects would not be completed in todays tough economic times.
Courts-4-Kids
Courts-4-Kids was introduced by Courtsports, Inc. in 2006 when several community gymnasiums didn't have the funding needed to maintain their gym floors. COURTSPORTS partnered with Northwest businesses to get floors repaired and maintained. Since then, Courtsports has raised enough money to help fund 14 floors in need assistance. Our goal next year is to help with more than 100 floors!
As funding continues to worsen for many school districts and community rec centers, the need for outside assistance is heightened. COURTSPORTS can't do it alone. We are reaching out to businesses who share a common belief that sports involvement can play a major role in a student's life. Sports teach camaraderie, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle. Each student athlete should have the opportunity to train and play on a hardwood gym surface that is equal to facilities of rival teams.
The money raised under the Courts-4-Kids program will be used to repair and maintain basketball gym floors in the community of your choice.
Your company logo painted on the gym floor
Businesses can help in a way which projects goodwill to the youth and the community, and proves to be one of the most effective and successful forms of advertising. Your company logo and catch phrase is applied to the gym floor as a constant reminder that your business supports youth athletics and was responsible for helping to maintain the floor. Talk to a COURTSPORTS representative today about how your business can help the youth in your community!
The Courts-4-Kids Saturday Basketball Clinics
Every school district that receives funding from the Courts-4-Kids program will also receive a free Saturday Basketball Clinic. The Saturday Basketball Clinic will be conducted on Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 am and ending at noon. Sponsors will have the opportunity to meet parents and display their businesses. All Saturday Basketball Clinics will be comprised of counselors who played college or professional basketball. All clinics will begin with a 30 minute talk about the importance of education and giving back to your community. During the clinics, kids will work on stretching drills, ball handling, defense, shooting drills, and participate in controlled scrimmages. All participants will receive a free Courts-4-Kids t-shirt.
